📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team • Organize inventory management for the sales floor and ensure an attractive merchandise presentation in the sales area • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant procedures and sales processes • Assume responsibility for sales and results for your store • Confident use of our merchandise management and point-of-sale (POS) system • Responsibility for sales reporting, analysis and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion • Strong customer service orientation and sales skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire • Team player with leadership experience • Organizational talent and a good numerical/analytical understanding • Passion for cosmetics • Confident and professional demeanor in communication.
