📋 Description

• Manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Hands-on participation in daily operations • Staff rota planning, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including restaurant KPIs • Conduct interviews and select new staff • Lead team meetings • Conduct staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry • Fluent German (at least C1 level) • Experience managing teams • You are a motivator and a trusted point of contact • An eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
