📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end data workstream within a major transformation programme • Architect the integration layer powering reporting and analytics on the client's enterprise data platform • Scale the workstream and delivery team as programme scope grows • Partner directly with client programme leadership and senior business stakeholders to align priorities and unblock delivery • Drive requirements definition and solution design across the data landscape • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business and technology domains • Own risk, dependency, and governance management across the workstream

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills for ETL, data modeling, and performance tuning • Proven track record as a Data Architect, Data Delivery Lead, or Data Transformation Lead delivering enterprise-scale data transformation • Experience leading complex programmes with multiple, often competing, stakeholders • Deep fluency in modern cloud-based data ecosystems • Consulting-grade communication — comfortable presenting to senior business and IT stakeholders alike • Experience managing distributed delivery teams • 10+ years of experience in data engineering • Mandatory: AWS • Mandatory: Cloud Data Platforms • Mandatory: Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture • Mandatory: Data Integration • Mandatory: Data Architecture • Mandatory: Reporting & Analytics • Nice to Have: Snowflake • Nice to Have: Dataiku • Nice to Have: Guidewire • Nice to Have: Insurance industry experience
