• Own full-cycle recruiting for RBT roles across multiple regions (Greater Denver Area and Tulsa Oklahoma) • Source and engage candidates (primarily through Indeed and other platforms) • Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process • Coordinate interviews with leadership and keep things moving quickly • Partner with cross-functional teams (scheduling, onboarding, payroll) to ensure a smooth experience • Keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience (high-volume is a big plus) • Exposure to or interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly preferred • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles at once • Comfortable working independently and staying on top of priorities • Clear communicator with strong follow-through • Adaptable—you’re able to pivot quickly when priorities shift • Positive, personable, and team-oriented
