📋 Description

• Directs and supports the accounting and financial activities of client companies. • Oversees the preparation and analysis of financial information. • Develops forecasts and budgets. • Maintains financial controls and supports strategic decision-making. • Works closely with client leadership, internal CFOs, and accounting staff. • Prepares financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. • Provides strategic management of accounting and finance functions for clients. • Develops and improves accounting policies and procedures. • Implements and optimizes accounting systems.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Professional Accountancy. • At least 7-10 years of accounting experience. • Travel approximately 25% of time. • Remote work availability. • CPA or CMA preferred but not required. • Experience in agricultural industry strongly preferred. • Canopy, AGRIS, AgTrax, Great Plains, Net Suite, QuickBooks, AgVance, Business Central, Sage, or other relevant industry software.
