📋 Description

• Support the evolution of the SMD Office by identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting practical operational enhancements • Administer and coordinate key stages of the SMD lifecycle and KSIP program, including onboarding, promotions, transitions, and separations • Serve as a primary point of contact for the SMD Office, maintaining collaborative relationships with internal partners • Ensure all HR processes align with global standards while respecting local legal and cultural requirements • Provide hands-on support for core SMD processes to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve cross-functional support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University • 3+ years of experience working in HR field focused on projects, process improvement and change management • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Experience across multiple HR functions including HR data updates, payroll, benefits, compensation, and recruiting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superior time management and organization skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues • Experience executing process improvements within a complex, global matrixed environment • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information and sensitive organizational changes with care • Experience with CRM Software, Onboarding platforms, Performance Management system, Leave Management system (e.g. Workday) is a plus • Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment and manage own work to meet deadlines • Strong relationship builder at all levels with a client service mindset
