📋 Description

• Manage and advise an assigned international customer portfolio consisting of key accounts, sales agents and distributors • Act as the interface between customers, application engineering and product management and serve as the primary contact for technical and commercial inquiries • Develop and implement market development and growth strategies within FUCHS’s matrix organization • Develop strategies to leverage synergies within the matrix organization, e.g., identify and execute cross-selling opportunities • Work closely with the Vice President International Sales, department team members and other functions across the matrix organization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in chemical/technical sciences (e.g., chemical engineering) or a business degree with an interest in technical processes • Ideally, initial professional experience in selling technically complex or consultative products, including experience in a trading/distribution company • Strong communication skills and empathy • Strategic thinker with a high degree of personal responsibility, and a customer-advisory and service-oriented approach • Well-developed intercultural awareness and negotiation skills • Excellent German and English language skills; an additional foreign language is desirable • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% of working time)
