• B2B new customer acquisition and account management for digital products • Needs analysis and consulting for business customers on the optimal digital solutions • Active sales of software solutions, cloud services, and digital platforms • Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system • Scheduling and qualifying leads for the field sales team • Close collaboration with Marketing & Sales for strategic market expansion
• Initial experience in sales, inside sales, or telesales is an advantage • Affinity for digital solutions, software, and IT products • Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation • Enthusiasm for sales and digital transformation • Very good German (C1/C2) and ideally English language skills
