• Strategic and operational management of assigned top accounts for the spices product group (branded products and private label) • Personal responsibility for servicing, developing and expanding all customers from the assigned retail headquarters, including leading and owning negotiations on prices, terms and commercial framework • Planning, control and analysis, e.g., through budget and sales planning, customer management, and deriving relevant KPIs • Ongoing analysis of competitor positions and assortments and deriving concrete recommendations for action by controlling and optimizing listings as well as building new business • Development of customer-specific annual targets, strategies and action plans by conducting regional annual review meetings
• Degree in economics or business administration (e.g., Economics, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification, e.g., equivalent vocational training such as industrial clerk • Practical experience and proven success in Key Account Management / Sales for branded or private-label products in FMCG, with a focus on German retail headquarters (e.g., Senior Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager) • Experience in leading negotiations and closing annual agreements, and solid knowledge of customer-side structures and decision-making processes • Good understanding of market research findings and the ability to translate them into customer-facing arguments • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for communication with customers
