• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and content-driven initiatives. • Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project timelines. • Coordinate with vendors, designers, writers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables stay on track. • Organize marketing assets, brand materials, and documentation. • Support market research activities to help inform strategy and content direction. • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). • Collaborate with leadership to create content themes aligned with brand goals. • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance metrics. • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visuals remain consistent across channels. • Collect analytics reports and provide monthly performance summaries. • Update website content, service pages, blogs, and visuals as needed. • Coordinate with developers or website support teams for technical updates. • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment. • Manage integrations, forms, landing pages, and SEO basics (meta descriptions, keywords, tagging, etc.). • Track tasks and milestones using project management tools (Zoho Projects). • Prepare weekly status reports for leadership. • Support onboarding of new marketing tools, systems, and workflows. • Maintain organized documentation for all marketing and digital operations. • Assist with special projects as assigned.
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or digital communications (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Social media sites, Meta Business Suite). • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting cross-functional teams. • Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
