β’ Building the front-line relationship for our customers (dealerships) and liaising with external and internal stakeholders as needed β’ Executing a framework to communicate ROI proactively - identifying risks and minimize churn β’ Analyzing our customers' performance based on data and working with the customers to optimize success β’ Influencing our customers' future lifetime value through high product adoption, satisfaction, and overall customers' health β’ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop plans that meet the needs of our customers and optimizing revenue opportunities
β’ Must have experience working with Enterprise-level Automotive customers such as large dealer groups or OEMs β’ Experience in digital advertising with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising β’ Must hold current certifications in the following Google platforms, or successfully obtain them within the first 30 days of employment: Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX. β’ High level of competency working with data to drive business focus and decision-making β’ Ability to build and implement follow-up processes β’ Experience working with CRM systems β’ Independent problem-solving skills and adaptivity to change β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Strong work ethic and high energy levels β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
