📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate accounting tasks across multiple business ventures • Organize, track, and execute diverse financial projects and activities • Ensure financial reports and scheduling reflect leadership's core values and perspective • Manage financial calendars and reporting deadlines • Organize and manage technical and financial records, specifications, and data • Provide high-level administrative and accounting support to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory • Proven experience in accounting • Exceptional English writing and verbal skills, minimum C1 level • Experience with QuickBooks • Proficiency in project management tools • Proficiency in digital communication platforms • Proficiency in professional accounting software • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-energy environment • Ability to work independently while aligning with the team's vision and fast-paced schedule • Willingness to work U.S. hours and adjust to client schedules • Reliable internet, computer, and workspace for remote work • Positive, kind, value-aligned personality
