📋 Description

• Lead the technical architecture and long-term direction of the software platform. • Develop and maintain scalable production software and backend services. • Establish engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the development team. • Guide architectural decisions and ensure technical consistency across projects. • Design secure, HIPAA-compliant systems that prioritize patient privacy and data protection. • Build frameworks and tooling that support safe, AI-assisted software development. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality software. • Utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency while maintaining software quality. • Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and engineering processes. • Help establish the technical foundation that supports the company's long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. • Extensive experience developing production software using backend technologies such as Python, Go, or Rust. • Full-stack development experience, including React and TypeScript, is strongly preferred. • Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems. • Experience developing healthcare software with HIPAA-compliant architecture and secure PHI handling. • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and technical leadership. • Experience building AI-assisted engineering workflows or implementing AI-powered development practices. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality. • Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
