📋 Description

• Own the successful technical delivery of client projects • Manage scope, mitigate technical risks, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to enterprise standards • Act as lead architect on assigned accounts • Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures and integrations for complex enterprise environments • Lead technical workshops, architectural reviews, and discovery sessions • Advise C-level executives, IT Directors, and platform owners as the definitive technical voice • Write and review critical code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js • Integrate AI tools such as LLMs, Copilots, and AI agents into the software development lifecycle and client deliverables • Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience operating at an Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent level • Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Architect, or similar role within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment • Deep, hands-on full-stack development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations, navigate technical challenges, and build trust with enterprise stakeholders • Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex software projects from discovery through launch • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development practices and integrating AI capabilities into software solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous, fully remote environment • ServiceNow experience, particularly with UI Builder, integrations, custom components, or portal architecture
