📋 Description

• Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies • Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions • Architect modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions • Define architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting • Advise clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams during implementation • Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure architectural consistency • Establish and promote standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures • Design and recommend lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native architecture patterns • Participate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation • Support RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches • Present proposed solutions to technical and business audiences, including executive stakeholders • Contribute to capability development, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and Competency Center growth

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related consulting roles • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platform solutions • Hands-on expertise across at least two Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks • Databricks Professional Certification • Strong experience designing modern cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems • Excellent understanding of data architecture, data integration, data modeling, and governance principles • Experience designing lakehouse architectures and scalable data processing solutions • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python • Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and related technologies • Knowledge of data transformation frameworks such as dbt or similar ELT tools • Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform • Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders • Ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities • Preferred/additional qualifications include Databricks Architect Champion designation, cloud architect certification, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, data governance, metadata management, data quality frameworks, data mesh, GenAI, machine learning, AI solution design, presales, and Agile delivery experience
