• Design, develop, test, debug, and enhance Salesforce-based software solutions and related applications. • Build custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. • Partner with stakeholders to understand current functionality, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate the complexity of new features. • Provide architectural guidance and technical design support for small- to medium-scope projects. • Troubleshoot complex issues that span multiple systems, business processes, and integrations. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and program increment planning. • Estimate effort for upcoming work and contribute to project planning and delivery. • Lead or support process improvement initiatives across development, deployment, and application monitoring. • Mentor and coach other CRM administrators and engineers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaboration. • Influence and educate stakeholders through prototypes, demos, and platform capability discussions. • Provide escalated technical support to internal users as needed. • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, leadership, and other business teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Strong Salesforce development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. • Strong understanding of enterprise system design, API architecture, and integration patterns. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and consistently follow through. • Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, SQL Server, and object-oriented programming principles. • Experience writing APIs, including API development using .NET Core and API management tools. • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience, particularly for LWC and integrations. • Understanding of application security best practices, including OAuth and OWASP. • Experience with automated unit and functional testing. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle. • Experience documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, architecture diagrams, and design documents. • Experience managing and leading projects is a plus. • Experience with Azure services and cloud computing is a plus. • Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus. • Willingness to participate in an on-call process.
