📋 Description

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for Labs as a cornerstone of Fullscript’s clinical ecosystem. • Leading product development, from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations. • Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and GTM teams to launch offerings that advance proactive care. • Cultivate a high-performing team that can ship fast, think big, and learn quickly. • Establish KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact. • Operate as both strategist and builder, equally comfortable shaping vision and diving deep.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms. • Natural storyteller who connects business strategy to value. • Passion for the craft of product management, including discovery, delivery, and iteration. • Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals and open problems. • Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a deep understanding of how to build intuitive, user-friendly products. • Operational fluency — you know how to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments. • ** • **Bonus points if you have:** • Background in health tech, diagnostics, or regulated data systems. • Built products at the intersection of health, AI, and data-driven personalization. • Experience driving monetization or new business models in healthcare tech. • Care deeply about improving the patient and practitioner experience.
