• Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and industry events • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential customers and generate interest in software solutions • Qualify leads based on defined criteria • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns • Track and report on lead generation activities and results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred • 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context • Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads through various research methods and outreach techniques • Understanding of sales processes and techniques, willingness to learn and grow in a sales role • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft & Outreach) and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
