• Define and drive Midnight’s long-term product vision and ensure alignment with business goals. • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the most value. • Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and improved integrations to enhance Midnight’s functionality. • Own the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and oversee Agile development cycles. • Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Drive scalability and performance improvements, ensuring Midnight remains a robust, reliable solution for users. • Conduct user research and industry trend evaluations to refine Midnight’s market position. • Work with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate customer feedback into product improvements. • Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate feature adoption and overall product performance. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and training materials. • Lead internal product demos and executive updates, articulating product progress and key decisions. • Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a strong product management culture within the organization.
• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, ERP, or workflow automation software. • Technical acumen, with an understanding of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations. • Experience leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch. • Proven ability to use data, customer insights, and business strategy to inform product decisions. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing crossfunctional teams. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. • Experience in print MIS, ERP, or related workflow automation software is preferred. • Leveraging AI as the core of the product development lifecycle is a plus. • Familiarity with AWS serverless architecture, AI-powered automation, or business intelligence tools is a plus. • Strong background in UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and user journey optimization is a plus. • MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy is a plus.
