📋 Description

• Provide proactive and reactive support for program participants • Enroll patients and complete their registration • Record all patient registration details and interactions in each program’s CRM system • Perform scheduled activities according to the defined scope • Identify, document, and report adverse events and events of pharmacovigilance interest in accordance with the client’s established standard operating procedure, including applicable deadlines and required information • Monitor the program inbox daily, ensuring that all emails are answered and adverse events are reported within the required timeframe • Perform standard operating procedures within the stipulated deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree-level studies in a healthcare-related field, either in progress or completed • At least 6 months of experience in a Patient Support Program preferred • Experience in pharmacovigilance preferred • Experience with CRM systems preferred • This position is also open to people with disabilities
