📋 Description
• Apoyar la implementación técnica de la estrategia institucional de datos. • Monitoreo, Evaluación y Aprendizaje (MEL) e Inteligencia Artificial de Fundación Capital. • Integración, procesamiento, análisis y visualización de datos. • Desarrollo de soluciones analíticas y casos de uso de IA que fortalezcan la medición de resultados, el aprendizaje institucional y la toma de decisiones.
🎯 Requirements
• Pensamiento analítico, curiosidad, atención al detalle, orientación a resultados, capacidad de aprendizaje continuo y trabajo colaborativo. • SQL. • Python para análisis de datos. • Power BI, Tableau o herramientas similares. • Excel avanzado. • Procesos ETL e integración de datos. • Integración y modelado de datos. • Fundamentos de gobernanza y calidad de datos. • Estadística aplicada. • Construcción de indicadores y dashboards. • Conocimiento de herramientas de IA Generativa (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini u otras). • Deseable conocimiento en monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales. • Idiomas: Inglés: Fluido, con capacidad para participar en reuniones, realizar presentaciones y elaborar documentos de trabajo en un entorno internacional.
