📋 Description
• Liderar la implementación estratégica del programa regional • Planificar y coordinar la ejecución del programa • Gestionar relaciones con socios financiadores y aliados • Supervisar avance técnico y operativo del programa • Diseñar y adaptar soluciones financieras para personas mayores y MiPyMEs
🎯 Requirements
• 8 a 10 años de experiencia en gestión y coordinación de programas o proyectos de desarrollo • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos financiados por organismos multilaterales • Conocimientos en inclusión financiera y digital • Título universitario en Economía, Finanzas, o áreas afines • Dominio del inglés y español
