📋 Description
• Own internal automation for the TargetProcess project-management system, including custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations • Design and ship Slack and Telegram bots for task creation, notifications, and routine requests • Automate recurring operational processes such as on-call announcements, absence notices, and reminders • Build AI-powered assistants and agents for employee answers and routine tasks • Build lightweight internal mini-projects supporting company events and culture • Document every solution, including functionality, operation, and extension guidance • Actively use AI in daily work and identify opportunities to apply AI to internal productivity
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including automation, bot development, and process automation • Fullstack capability with a clear backend bias • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte • Experience with serverless platforms such as Cloudflare Workers or Vercel • Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, and/or PostgreSQL; comfortable with relational and non-relational databases • Practical experience building Slack and/or Telegram bots • Hands-on experience automating processes and integrating third-party APIs • Working knowledge of OpenAI/LLM APIs • English proficiency sufficient for daily written and verbal communication • Availability and responsiveness during 12:00–18:00 CET • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and own outcomes without close supervision • Reliability in honoring commitments and agreements
