📋 Description

• Lead the global eQMS consolidation and transformation program • Transition multiple quality management systems into a single harmonized Veeva-based platform • Drive adoption of the Veeva platform as the future eQMS foundation • Manage the program roadmap across Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams • Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across sites • Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment • Coordinate system integrations and dependencies • Manage migration and transition from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes • Ensure stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams • Improve visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform • Support long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects end-to-end within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments • Strong hands-on IT Project Management experience covering requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must • Solid understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality • Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation) • Successful delivery of global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts • Strong stakeholder management skills across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations • Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators • Strong delivery mindset and ability to drive projects to completion • Fluent English is a must • Candidates must be based in Europe • Legal right to work in their country of residence • No relocation package is offered
