📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, finance, HR, procurement, and other corporate functions within a global CDMO environment. • Manage a portfolio of AI use cases ranging from Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and AI Foundry applications to bespoke GenAI and machine learning solutions built on Azure cloud technologies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience • 3+ years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Proven experience managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure • Experience managing software development projects using Agile delivery methodologies • Experience working with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders • Experience delivering Generative AI solutions into production. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services. • Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or CDMO environments. • Experience managing global delivery teams and external system integrators.
