📋 Description

• Coordinate interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across multiple program workstreams • Develop and maintain integrated plans, dependency maps, and cross-workstream timelines • Identify conflicts, gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive resolution with relevant teams • Facilitate alignment between business, application, infrastructure, architecture, security, and other stakeholders • Provide structured status reporting covering dependencies, risks, issues, and required decisions • Support program governance, steering committees, and management reporting • Maintain a holistic view of the Application Rationalization roadmap • Ensure individual workstreams remain aligned with overall program objectives • Coordinate a global Application Rationalization Program for a pharmaceutical company

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments • Experience acting as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT Project Manager coordinating multiple workstreams • Strong experience in dependency, milestone, risk, and integrated planning management • Experience with complex IT transformation, application portfolio, infrastructure, or application rationalization programs • GxP-documentation experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams • Excellent coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to operate effectively in complex, global, and matrixed organizations • Hands-on, structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach
