• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. • Source passive candidates creatively using platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn. • Conduct recruiter screens focused on both technical understanding and cultural fit. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Leadership to align recruitment priorities and staffing needs. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our ATS. • Track and report key recruiting KPIs monthly. • Build and nurture long-term pipelines of technical talent. • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, supporting U.S. clients. • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc. • Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and Frontend Developers. • Familiarity with ATS systems such as JazzHR/Workable. • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to engage candidates professionally. • High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. • Advanced English level (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
