📋 Description

• Own and shape key product experiences at Future. • Define how people interact with their health — designing systems, workflows, and product interfaces. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the experience, not just execute it. • Design the core product experiences for onboarding, training, coaching interactions, and long-term engagement. • Translate product strategy and user needs into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. • Ensure the product experience feels cohesive, intuitive, and motivating across the user journey. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product ideas into shipped features. • Use product metrics, user feedback, and experimentation to refine and improve the experience over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing products. • You've shipped meaningful product experiences in mobile or consumer applications. • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments where ambiguity is high. • Portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking, clear interaction design, and thoughtful user experiences. • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a high bar for product quality. • Ability to create clear user flows, thoughtful interface systems, and polished product designs. • Comfortable balancing intuition with data, feedback, and experimentation. • Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams. • Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of product areas. • Low ego, high ownership — you care deeply about the product and the user experience. • Curious about how design influences behavior change, engagement, and long-term user outcomes.
