📋 Description

• Support the Trustee in fulfilling fiduciary, regulatory, and operational oversight responsibilities across superannuation administration, claims, complaints, and member outcomes • Support governance and control over incidents, breaches, and complaints • Support fair, consistent, and compliant decision-making on claims and member matters • Oversee service providers and contact centre performance • Provide cross-functional support across claims, complaints, incidents, remediation, service-provider oversight, contact centre oversight, and member servicing • Triage and resolve incidents and complaints • Review claims and member matters within delegated authority • Support operational governance, risk, and regulatory activities • Use claims, complaints, and member feedback insights to identify improvements to processes, systems, disclosures, and member outcomes • Work as part of a pooled Operations team under the direction of senior Fund Operations colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a superannuation operations role • Some customer service experience, such as in a contact or member service centre • Strong understanding of superannuation legislation • RG146 certification, or willingness to undertake training and become compliant within 12 months of commencement • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • Ability to communicate with people from all levels and backgrounds • High attention to detail • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priority tasks concurrently • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities • Ability to build strong relationships with service providers, colleagues, Senior Leadership, and the Office of the Superannuation Trustee • Tertiary qualifications in finance, law, business, or a related discipline are nice-to-haves and not essential • Direct experience within a superannuation RSE Licensee is a nice-to-have • Exposure to insurance within the superannuation system is a nice-to-have • Experience working with outsourced service providers is a nice-to-have
