📋 Description

• Record, review, and code incoming invoices in GetMyInvoices and Finway • Obtain missing receipts from suppliers and team members • Prepare payment runs on time and monitor open items • Prepare documents monthly for the tax advisor and export to DATEV • Process credit card statements, travel expenses, and expense reimbursements • Collect and check monthly payroll preparation data from Personio and forward to the payroll office • Keep filing and documentation organized • Identify automation opportunities and suggest improvements • Create clean, scalable, and documented processes to simplify your work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in, or willingness to carry out, accounts payable or preparatory accounting • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and reliably to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines • Enjoy working with tools and learning new systems • Business-fluent German, written and spoken • Experience with GetMyInvoices, Finway, or Personio is a plus • Experience in a startup with lean processes is a plus • Basic understanding of VAT and reverse-charge rules is a plus
