📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of advanced ML models leveraging NLP, generative AI, and reinforcement learning to improve prescription and fulfillment workflows • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for ML and automation, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations leadership • Drive innovation in operational efficiency through algorithmic optimization, experimentation, and applied research • Partner with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, data scientists, and pharmacists—to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions • Establish and advocate for best practices in experimentation, model evaluation, and responsible AI within the Data Science organization • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Applied Scientists and Data Scientists across projects • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders to influence data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline • 6+ years of experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist, with a proven record of delivering ML/AI models to production • Demonstrated experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to complex real-world problems with measurable business impact • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical ideas into clear business insights.
