• Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities • Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications • Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging • Synthesize existing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks • Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives • Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated activation • Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed • Support development of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards
• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in project management and marketing tools
