• Own vendor lifecycle management for assigned categories — sourcing, negotiation, contracting, performance management, and renewals — with minimal supervision • Bring ungoverned vendors into the Lexion intake process and governance framework, including tiering, BAA status, security intake, and renewal calendar • Lead RFPs and competitive sourcing events for mid-to-high-complexity vendor relationships • Identify and execute contract consolidation opportunities across Fuze Health entities to reduce duplication and capture pricing leverage • Track and enforce vendor SLA commitments; escalate and document when vendors underperform • Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance on every significant contract and new vendor onboarding • Maintain spend analytics and reporting for your portfolio, surfacing savings opportunities and risks on a rolling basis • Support Workday integration requirements across vendor workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management or a related function • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of third party vendors, suppliers or service providers • Experience leading contract renewals, commercial negotiations and vendor performance management activities • Experience working in a regulated environment such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, SaaS, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Financial Services or a similar industries • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Operations
