📋 Description

• Financial management of third-party funding for EU projects. • Ongoing project monitoring and fund administration. • Travel expense processing. • Monitoring compliance with grant conditions. • Preparation of financial reports and statements of expenditure. • Preparation for project audits. • English-language communication and an administrative “help-desk” function for project partners. • Preparation and presentation of information.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree or commercial vocational training. • Several years of professional experience in finance or third-party funding administration. • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in managing and accounting for publicly funded projects, preferably EU-funded projects. • Proficiency with IT applications (MS Office, especially Excel; SAP). • Excellent English language skills. • Strong numerical aptitude. • Accurate working style, good communication skills, service orientation, and strong organizational abilities.
