• Financial management of third-party funds for EU projects • Ongoing project monitoring and fund administration • Processing of travel expense claims • Monitoring compliance with grant funding guidelines • Preparation of financial statements and expenditure reports and support for project audits • English-language communication and administrative help-desk function for project partners • Preparation and presentation of information
• Completed bachelor's degree or commercial vocational training • Several years of professional experience in finance or third-party funding administration • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in administering publicly funded projects • IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP) • Very good command of English • Strong numerical/mathematical understanding • Accurate and detail-oriented working style • Good communication skills • Service-oriented attitude • Strong organizational skills
