📋 Description

• Onboard new affiliates and guide them through the setup process • Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates and act as their main point of contact • Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization • Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners • Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives • Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, quantity of conversions and fraud rates • Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels • Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models • Basic understanding of the Forex product • Good working knowledge of MS Office • Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems will be considered an advantage • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently • Availability to cover evening shifts (from 4:00 PM Cyprus time onwards) • Languages: fluent in English (required). Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a strong advantage
