📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance Python backend systems, data pipelines, and microservices for internal platforms and client technology transformations • Design, deploy, and document fast, secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous services using FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Manage, data-model, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for low latency, high throughput, and reliable data integrity • Collaborate with front-end engineers, AI/DevOps specialists, and project managers to translate business logic into scalable automated processes • Resolve system bottlenecks • Implement security standards and oversee CI/CD release pipelines • Write automated unit and integration tests using pytest • Conduct ongoing performance profiling to ensure uptime

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer • Strong portfolio showcasing scalable backend services, asynchronous APIs, and robust data or automation pipelines • Advanced proficiency in Python 3 • Proficiency with FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, including asyncio and Celery • Deep knowledge of database architecture, query optimization, ORM tools, and caching layers • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or similar relational and NoSQL databases • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Docker, Git/GitHub, and microservices architecture • Ability to write clean, modular, scalable, and PEP 8-compliant code • Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills • Ability to handle multiple development streams, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with remote teams • Prior experience with tech firms, marketing agencies, enterprise platform integrations, automated AI workflows, or LLM API integrations is advantageous
