📋 Description

• Configure and customize Service Resource profiles, Skills, Operating Hours, Service Territories, and Work Order hierarchies • Optimize the Dispatcher Console using Scheduling Policies, Routing Rules, Service Objectives, and Work Rules • Build and deploy Salesforce Field Service Mobile App configurations, including offline layouts, quick actions, and automated flows • Develop Apex triggers, batch classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for bespoke scheduling logic • Configure inventory tracking modules, including product requests, transfers, stock locations, and return orders • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to reduce travel time, improve first-time fix rates, and automate preventive maintenance schedules • Support end-to-end testing, including mobile offline simulation, optimization run validation, and production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of core Salesforce development and configuration experience • 3+ years implementing and customizing Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL) • Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification required • Strong proficiency in SFS scheduling optimization engine configurations • Proficiency with declarative Salesforce features, including Flows • Apex scripting experience • Deep understanding of field operations, asset management, preventative maintenance lifecycles, and mobile sync behaviors • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification • Preferred: Prior consulting experience managing global field operations with complex shifts, multi-level resource skills, and high-volume dispatch volumes
