📋 Description

• Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation • Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements • Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes • Work with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements • Prepare documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends • Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements • Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations • Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role • Strong analytical mindset and ability to break down complex operational processes • Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions • Ability to clearly document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation • Strong communication skills and ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders • Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams • Excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation • Good level of English • Fluent Russian
