📋 Description

• Drive AI-powered gains and operational efficiencies initially focused on network engineering (NetEng), OSS, and network operations to enhance system performance and reliability. • Lead the planning and execution of complex network migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and zero outage for end-users. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations. • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity. • Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. • Develop and manage the roadmap for future AI-driven network initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and technological evolution. • Oversee the overall execution of the NetEng team, providing leadership and direction for ongoing and future projects. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and the ethical integration of AI technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on hardware, network, or large-scale migration projects. • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects aims to reduce impact on end-users & maintain highest service SLA. • Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
