📋 Description

• Litigation and advisory work on a portfolio of plaintiff and defendant banking law cases, representing the interests of a financial institution. • Drafting legal opinions • Responding to legal inquiries • Filing pleadings • Case monitoring and procedural follow-up • Managing procedural matters with judges' chambers and in courts • Attending and conducting hearings • Preparing reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Exclusive dedication (no concurrent external legal practice) • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience as an attorney in banking law • Proactivity • Analytical skills • Tenacity • Comfortable using cloud-based platforms and work tools.
