📋 Description

• Recording, monitoring and management of legal deadlines; • Reading and analysis of publications, court notifications and minutes; • Management of hearing schedules and emails related to cases; • Organization, management and updating of documents and case files; • Preparation of reports; • Contact with accountants and support for routines related to labor calculations; • Practice focused on Labor Law, with an emphasis on representing claimants.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Experience in Labor Legal Controllership • Experience at a plaintiff-side labor law firm • Solid knowledge of labor procedural deadlines, especially in claimant representation • Ability to manage deadlines • Proficiency in Excel, electronic filing systems (e-procurement/processo eletrônico) and strong logical reasoning • Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, operational, responsible, organized, technologically proficient; able to interact with accountants and manage/monitor tasks • Experience handling a high volume of publications • Experience in plaintiff-side labor firms handling banking claims • Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure or courses in Legal Controllership • Advanced knowledge of legal management software; experience with AutoJur, automations and bots is a plus.
