• Support employees of the organization in career management • Analyze CV and cover letter needs: identify and implement skills development plans • Apply active job search techniques: keep up to date on job search methods • Prepare candidates for recruitment interviews: introduction and training in behavioral and communication techniques • Collaborate with various HR teams
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or training in Coaching, Human Resources, public administration management, social or human sciences, or business school • Proficiency with office productivity tools; experience with Google Workspace is a plus: Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs • Good listening and analytical skills; persuasive and diplomatic; enjoys teamwork • Strong written and verbal communication (French B2/C1 minimum) • Comfortable working remotely
