📋 Description
• Support drafting and reviewing corporate, financial and payments contracts; • Assist in the legal structuring of new business models and financial products, under the supervision of a Senior Lawyer; • Conduct regulatory analyses related to fintechs, payment institutions and other financial market participants; • Draft legal opinions and technical reports on regulatory, corporate and compliance matters; • Assist in managing administrative proceedings before the Central Bank and other regulatory authorities; • Support the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs, anti‑money laundering and counter‑financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) programs, and anti‑corruption measures; • Monitor regulatory updates and issue alerts on material regulatory changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Law, Regulatory Law, Banking Law or Compliance is desirable; • 3–6 years' experience in Banking, Regulatory or Corporate Law, or in legal advisory/consultancy for fintechs and payment institutions; • Languages: Advanced English; Spanish is considered a plus.
