📋 Description

• Drafting complex pleadings and procedural documents (answers/defenses, appeals, and embargoes). • Representation at hearings and delivery of oral arguments. • Analysis of insurance policies and claims. • Deep knowledge of claims regulation/handling, civil liability, and consumer protection law. • Managing relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
