📋 Description

• Drafting all pleadings and documents for the caseload; • Entering information into the firm's and the client's case management systems; • Experience in labor/employment law; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Drafting legal opinions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB registration; • Law degree (postgraduate specialization in Labor Procedural Law is a plus); • Strong knowledge of Labor/Employment Law; • Previous experience in high-demand/fast-paced environments; • Good drafting skills and logical reasoning; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines; • Proficiency in Excel; • Clear and effective communication (oral and written); • Resilience, organization, and proactivity; • Autonomy with responsibility and commitment; • Adaptability to different demands and contexts; • Empathy for maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients; • Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
