📋 Description

• Structure the AI governance program by defining phases, roles, risk classification criteria, templates, and metrics • Operate the OneTrust AI Governance module end to end • Manage the AI systems inventory, including registration, updates, and classification • Conduct AI impact assessments aligned with the EU AI Act, Brazil’s LGPD, and Brazil’s AI Legal Framework • Design and operate approval workflows for new use cases and models • Maintain algorithmic risk dashboards • Conduct the mapping and review of Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), including uploading and updating records in OneTrust • Lead guidance, information-gathering, and validation meetings with business areas • Launch the assessment queue in the platform • Support asset assessments and privacy risk analysis • Cover the privacy account’s day-to-day activities when the primary owner is unavailable • Work on the AI governance program for an enterprise client in the education sector and support the privacy workstream for other accounts, including a financial institution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Knowledge of AI governance, including the EU AI Act, Brazil’s AI Legal Framework, and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 or the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), gained through practical experience or specialized training • Ability to build an AI governance program from scratch, defining its structure, templates, workflows, and metrics • Practical experience in privacy and data protection, including mapping and documenting processing activities and conducting interviews with business areas • Experience operating a privacy platform, with a willingness to deepen expertise in OneTrust and its AI Governance module • Availability to work with more than one client during the same week, without requiring full-time allocation to a single client • Autonomy and organizational skills to divide the week among multiple clients while managing priorities and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills to propose workflow designs and produce legal opinions, executive reports, and training materials
