📋 Description

• Manage business activities, including strategy planning and profit management for assigned clients. • Plan and execute account strategies for assigned clients. • Build relationships and manage accounts with global clients. • Provide solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Manage team members within the department (if hired for a managerial position).

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 Level or above) • Over 3 years of experience in B2B solution sales in the IT industry (proposal-based sales) • Experience with software development • Over 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles • Business-level English proficiency (sales, presentations, etc)
