📋 Description

• Support enterprise content and document management initiatives by performing a dual role as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst. • Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end-to-end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain. • Elicit and document business and functional requirements, validating change requests, and ensure appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place. • Audit solution changes to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation. • Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand). • Ability to map business requirements to end products and technical solutions. • Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery. • Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility. • Ability to assess and validate testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements. • Experience reviewing and validating implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain. • Strong documentation skills, including preparation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
