📋 Description

• Support enterprise content and document management initiatives in a dual Business Analyst and Data Analyst role • Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end-to-end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain • Elicit and document business and functional requirements • Validate change requests • Ensure appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place • Audit solution changes for quality, compliance, and operational readiness • Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation • Review and validate design, implementation, and delivery with technical teams • Review and validate implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation • Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand) • Ability to map business requirements to end products and technical solutions • Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery • Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility • Ability to assess and validate testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements • Experience reviewing and validating implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain • Strong documentation skills, including preparation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
