📋 Description
• Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and define process improvement initiatives • Design and maintain metrics and dashboards • Support automation initiatives utilizing various technology solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, and Python • Experience working with data platforms such as Cloudera or Hadoop • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies preferred
